Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Products with missing tags or original packaging.

• Innerwear, personal care products, and hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).

• Customized or personalized products.

• Gift cards and promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Your Order ID

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the package received

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged products.

• Defective products.

• Incorrect items delivered.

• Size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Desyra Shop will bear the return shipping cost.

• For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
